Spring has definitely sprung there was footy finals excitement in the air all over town for brief period but whilst the Cats are out, renting is certainly still very much in with the latest REIV data continuing to show strong numbers. Two bedroom units remain at median rental price of $320 per week and the August data also shows that two bedroom houses have corrected and come down $8 per week back to the usual median of $320 per week. Three bedroom houses, however, remain strong with the median being $370 per week for the third consecutive month.

Spring is a traditionally one of the busiest times of the year for all real estate agents in terms of selling and letting.

Unfortunately, we have no stock available for rent because we have leased everything. We usually lease properties very quickly so while having no stock is a good problem for a property management agency to have, we would love to keep on helping landlords with matching quality tenants with their properties.

When you list your property with Geelong Property Managers, our priority is simply the performance of your investment – that means we want to lease it quickly, but we also want to lease to the right person too. So if you or someone you know needs a tenant for a vacant property, please let us know. Check out our Facebook page and hit that “like” button for market updates and information like this.
