The Feb results are in with the latest REIV data showing that 2 bedroom units are remaining at their rental high of $330 per week across Geelong.

The Feb results are in with the latest REIV data showing that 2 bedroom units are remaining at their rental high of $330 per week across Geelong.

2 bedroom houses are at a new high with their median rent also now $330 per week while the median rent for 3 bedroom houses remains unchanged at $380 per week.

And while we are seeing that little bit of growth in the numbers, the region’s vacancy rate is unchanged at 2.2%.

The Geelong Property Managers vacancy rate is closer to 1.2%, but with our proactive approach to leasing, our properties do tend to lease quickly.

And speaking of us, we’re now in our new office and we’re loving it. In case you haven’t heard, we’re now at 350 Latrobe Terrace so please feel free to pop in and see us. We absolutely love the area and being a little more central makes us that extra bit efficient as well.

Well that’s it for now – a short update for a short month.
